took dougie until the 3rd game to stop this bullshit last year. 5 games in this year and he still isn't protecting wentz.

Saw a stat that Wentz is winless when he throws 40 (five?) passes. Fuck Doug. All out failure.

Doesn't surprise me at all. Must be 45, because he threw like 43 times at STL last year before getting hurt. That was his only good game when Dougie went pass happy.

The run-pass ratio is usually skewed because Wentz is good for a few rushing attempts and sacks a game, but we often finished with more rushing than pass attempts last year. When things were going well, Wentz was finishing with around 30 pass attempts.

              it kind of made sense.

Vikings are hurt in the secondary.
Ajayi is playing with a broken back and a bum knee.
              Clement is out.
              Sproles is out.
Smallwood (Smallhands?) got dinged up in this game.

Who was going to run the ball? You saw how good our Notre Dame free agent played...

Was Clement only active as an emergency back?

I see no reason why Smallwood couldn't have gotten more carries. Especially since he runs well but lacks in pass protection.

I suppose there was a reason that Adams didn't get more snaps, but 1 carry is a very small sample size.

78% RUSHING PLAYS CALLED IS ATROCIOUS. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE O LINE CANNOT KEEP WENTZ CLEAN.

2016 VERSION OF THE EAGLES APPEAR RIGHT BEFORE OUR EYES.

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? THIS TEAM STINKS.

I think this is correct. Add in that Smallwood is a liability in pass protection. Unfortunately they still need to run more. The sentimental decision to bring Sproles back is looking real bad.

SO IF SMALLWOOD IS A LIABILITY IN THE PASS GAME, WHY PASS THE BALL 78% OF THE TIME? RUN THE DAMN BALL, HAND IT OFF TO SMALLS IF HE CAN'T BLOCK ON PASS PLAYS, BRING ADAMS IN TO BLOCK TO PROTECT WENTZ FROM THIS HORRIBLE O LINE.

THIS TEAM IS AWFUL RIGHT NOW.
-4 TOTAL YARDS IN FIRST QUARTER....SERIOUSLY? MINUS FUCKING FOUR.

Obviously just kidding. But those 2 consecutive pass plays on 3rd and 1 were eerily fatfuckish
