I want a solid argument as to HOW he can stay (other than the "owners...")

My favorite part of the article... "It remains unclear what happened to the video once it arrived at league offices."

      Really?

THE EVIDENCE IS DESTROYED! ASK WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SPYGATE TAPES!
      I'll tell you, THEY'RE DESTROYED!

You just answered your own question. The owners make the decision on Goddell's future. It's easy, if sponsors start pulling out Goddell is gone, if they don't he stays. Simple as that.

          something fishy...

If the guy mailed the videotape to the NFL (Jeff Miller) anonymously, how was the female in the NFL office able to call him back and leave voicemail that "you're right... it's terrible." ???
          Doesn't make sense to me...
