I would go Foles.

Luckily for the Eagles I think Wentz won't be "healthy" this year. Back injuries are nothing to mess with. Look at his rushing numbers, or just watch him play, and you can see he's still recovering from the ACL injury.

I get that playing is part of the rehab, but the SB MVP just won three straight games, something that the team didn't do all year. If Wentz is the future of the team, I'd say you just rest him and give him a full 2019 off-season.

The real question is how bad are Foles ribs. Maybe Wentz is less injured than Foles. Carson is an option.
