That freaking blows. Seriously. Losses are piling up both inside and outside the playing field.

That’s too much money for a rotational running back.

this is the most painful off-season I can remember. we couldn't match that deal he got in detroit, no way, no how, but damn... torrey, vinny, blount, burton, and celek... every one of these hurts. making matters worse is the fact that we have squat in the way to draft picks to get new players.

lost a lot of good locker room guys, but imo burton is the only one that really hurts on the field, and he's a backup TE. they'll miss smith's presence if they can't find another field stretcher, but we've mostly seen logical moves from a team that needs to get under the cap.

It's only painful because all of those guys are Super Bowl champs and will be loved by Philadelphians for time immortal.

However, on balance the Eagles will probably add more talent than they lose this off-season.

I don't question a single move. It's an emotional attachment to the guys who won us our first Super Bowl. I loved this team and hate to see it busted up so soon.

I do wish we had a few more picks, but I would've wished that regardless. I'm a draft dork.

Would have been nice to have the train back, it's a 2 million dollar deal with incentives.

Patrick Robinson signing with the Saints hurts the most. He had a great season, has yet to be replaced, and joins the team that poses the greatest threat to another Eagles’ Super Bowl appearance.

sucks losing him but I really think this season was a fluke more then him being that great a career player. It was terrific that he got us the super bowl but he may very well revert to the underwhelming player he was.

A year ago, these players weren't even considered big upgrades or contributors. They just need to retool. The core is still intact and there are plenty of injured players coming back. The biggest mistake is overpaying these players.
